Here at Dudley Chiropractic we are always looking for great employees.  We feel each individual has unique skills and abilities.  We try to match these skills and abilities to the right position in our office.   We have a thorough hiring process which includes skills tests, aptitute tests, personality profiles, and an interviews process designed to discover these talents.

Below are some of the details of the position.

Our hours vary, depending on the day, to include start times as early as 6:30am to an end time of 6:30pm. Although these are the posted hours, staff are required to stay till the patients are cared for.  Office hours are subject to change at any time.  This includes any emergency patient care situations.  Staff must be willing to work these hours, non-negotiable.  There is a 90 day trial basis. 

Basic holidays are paid and paid vacation starts one year after the employement begins.

Postion Needed: Currently we are looking for a Front Tech.

This is a fun position which requires frequent  interaction with patients and the ability to handle many things at once.  The required skills include, but are not limited to, incredible phone skills, interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, basic money collection and reciept skills, and a smiling disposition, a love to talk-yet able to handle difficult situations if needed. 

All positions in our office are cross-trained and may require a switch of positions if deemed necessary or appropriate by the manager.  Since each postion is cross-trained, you are required to be able to do all the stretches and excercises we have the patients perform.  A basic, yet not inclusive, listing of the excersices/stretches are on the Rehab Exercises portion of this website.  Week-end training are a must, although there are not many, maybe one or two a year.  All staff must attend the trainings.
