Doorway Stretch

1.) Stand in a doorway placing arm in a right angle against door frame.

2.) Step through the door into a lunge, leaving the arm pressed against the door frame.

  • This stretch should be apparent right below the collar bone on your pectoralis major and minor.

 Moving the hands higher or lower will allow you to stretch more areas of the chest. Do this for 10-15 seconds, repeat 2-3 times daily.
