Chiropractic Helps Chronic Back Pain!!!!

I was referred to Dr. Dudley by Madison Health Center in June of 2005 because the doctor I had couldn't figure out why my back kept aching. Here's a basic history of my back:
I can't remember a time when my back didn't ache. When I was in the third and fourth grades I spent a lot of time at the children's hospital in Lewiston. They said I had a curvature of the spine and I would grow out of it. As I was growing up and complaining of my back aching, my parents said that I was just trying to get sympathy and trying to get out of my chores. As I got older they sent me to a psychologist because the school and my parents thought it was all in my head. After I got married the doctors kept saying that my breasts were too big and that was why I had back pain. I was given valium, ibuprofen, and now take naproxin. These are all muscle relaxants and they don't work. Finally, Dr. Bob Underwood said we'll try chiropractic care and see if it works. So, here I am and it does work!
The first time I saw Dr. Dudley he said he could help me and he did! I could feel the difference after the first treatment, but it was about a month before my back didn't ache at all for a while. At first, I was treated 3x per week. Now, I am treated 1-2 times depending on what I'm doing. Now I know that I probably will always have back problems, but they are nowhere near as bad as they were. I know all I have to do it make a visit to Dr. Dudley's to feel better. My general health is pretty good and my mental health is better now thanks to Dr. Dudley.
Chiropractic care has helped me to know my limits, not be afraid to try new things, and to use common sense. I am very happy here and everyone is helpful and friendly. Today I feel 100% better than I did when I first came in a year and a half ago. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!
